2. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that cannot be returned include:

- Items not in their original condition
- Custom or personalized products
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from it.
